Your Questions, Answered

  • Yes. Most of the services and classes are available online. For virtual sessions, you are responsible for ensuring your space is safe and suitable for movement.

  • No. Classes are adaptable for beginners, athletes, older adults, and everyone in between. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and communicate with Natalie about injuries, limitations, or concerns.

  • Please park on the left side of the parking lot, to the left of the green hydro box. Do not park in front of Touch Unwired. The studio is not responsible for tickets, towing, or vehicle damage.

  • Minors may attend with parental or guardian consent. A waiver must be signed by the parent or legal guardian. Some programs may have age or supervision requirements.

  • No. All memberships, punch passes, class packs, and single classes are non-refundable, including missed or unused sessions. Once a class credit is used or forfeited, it has no cash value.

  • Group classes must be cancelled at least 3 hours before the class start time through Walla.

    If you cancel late or do not show up:

    • One class credit (or punch) is forfeited

    • The class is not refunded or replaced

    Technical issues, device errors, or forgetting to cancel do not change this policy.
