No. If you’d like to try a class before committing, you’re welcome to book a drop-in for a single class.
Drop-ins are a great way to experience the studio, the instructor, and the class style before purchasing a punch pass or membership.

No. Classes are adaptable for beginners, athletes, older adults, and everyone in between. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and communicate with Natalie about injuries, limitations, or concerns.

Yes. Most of the services and classes are available online. For virtual sessions, you are responsible for ensuring your space is safe and suitable for movement.

Please park on the left side of the parking lot, to the left of the green hydro box. Do not park in front of Touch Unwired. The studio is not responsible for tickets, towing, or vehicle damage.

Minors may attend with parental or guardian consent. A waiver must be signed by the parent or legal guardian. Some programs may have age or supervision requirements.

No. All memberships, punch passes, class packs, and single class bookings are non-refundable, including missed or unused sessions.
Once a class credit is used or forfeited, it is considered redeemed and has no cash value.

If you’re unable to attend a class, please cancel your booking as soon as you can through Walla. This lets the instructor know and opens up space for someone else, especially when classes are full or have a waitlist.
If a booking is cancelled late or you do not attend:
One class credit (or punch) is used
The class is not refunded or replaced
Class bookings, credits, and attendance are managed through Walla. Technical issues, device errors, or forgetting to cancel do not change this.
